Anti-theft general information:

The Block Shaft® Classic anti-theft device is made up of a highly secure and resistant auxiliary mechanical device, capable of preventing the vehicle from turning. It is essentially a locking device that is implanted on the steering transmission system, without making any structural and/or functional changes to the construction characteristics of the vehicle. In particular, the device is made up of a sleeve welded onto the stator part of the column and a padlock which slides inside it until it engages in a slot obtained on a bush integral with the shaft of the same column. The device is activated through a safety lock certified according to the European standard UNI N1303 called Netoma®. The anti-theft device is inserted with the wheels straight; from this moment onwards the activation is completed and the key can be collected.
