New generation PRO series LED kit
A kit to convert the original yellow halogen lamp to LED technology. The LSPRO NG uses the latest generation of the CSP1860 LED chip which, thanks to its innovative design and the solutions used (including a special ceramic support), allows for up to 150% more light than the previous LSPRO generation. The new concept, similar to that of the halogen filament, is characterized by more uniform light, better coupling with headlights and lenses and the absence of spots or shadows on the road. Precise tuning, performed using state-of-the-art SMT machinery, ensures reliability in all conditions.
The cooling system has been significantly improved on the LSPRO Next Gen model. The ActivAir technology has been replaced by a much better and therefore much more efficient solution. The use of FrontAir technology, i.e. the expulsion of air through the skylight chamber, has a direct impact on durability and therefore safety on the road.
Another innovative solution used in the LSPRO NEXT GENERATION is the NTC detector. It is responsible for stabilizing the temperature and at the same time the luminous flux, thanks to which it protects the LED chip from excessive overheating, a guarantee of reliability and longevity.
Thanks to the application of the solutions mentioned above it was also possible to reduce the diameter of the radiator by up to 25% (currently the diameter is 30mm).
The kit is electro magnetically compatible (EMC & EMI), which ensures that it does not cause interference with other devices (e.g. radios). Furthermore, overvoltage and interference protection and a starting voltage monitoring system ensure safe and trouble-free operation.
